Anucha Metals offers high-quality Aluminium 6063 Forgings, designed for architectural, structural, and automotive applications that require a great surface finish and moderate strength. Manufactured in Bangkok, Thailand, 6063 forgings provide good corrosion resistance, weldability, and aesthetic appeal, making them suitable for both decorative and functional components. With precise forging techniques and consistent quality, Anucha Metals creates custom profiles and shapes for lightweight structural needs. Our 6063 forgings meet international standards such as ASTM B247 and offer excellent formability, ensuring a clean appearance and reliable strength.
Aluminium 6063 contains about 97.5% aluminium, 0.6% magnesium, and 0.4% silicon. It is a heat-treatable alloy that offers tensile strength of 190 to 240 MPa and yield strength of 160 to 200 MPa, depending on the temper (T5 or T6). The alloy is well-known for its excellent surface finish, corrosion resistance, and formability.

The forging process for Aluminium 5082 typically takes between 2 to 6 hours, depending on the complexity of the part, size, and the specific forging method used.
Aluminum 5082 offers high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, good weldability, and enhanced fatigue resistance, making it ideal for custom forgings in marine, aerospace, and structural applications.
Aluminum 5082's workability, characterized by good machinability and medium strength, allows for easy shaping during forging. However, its relatively low work hardening rate may require careful temperature control.
Aluminium 6063 Forgings are commonly used in architectural elements like window frames, door components, railings, and curtain wall structures because of their smooth finish and corrosion resistance. In the automotive and transportation sectors, they serve in trim, brackets, and lightweight structural supports. The alloy is also suitable for LED housings, sign frames, and decorative structures. In electronics, it is used for heat sinks and enclosures. 6063 forgings work well for custom, precision-shaped parts where moderate strength, visual appeal, and corrosion resistance are important.
