Anucha Metals, a trusted manufacturer and supplier based in Bangkok, Thailand, delivers premium Aluminium 3003 Forgings for diverse industrial applications. Aluminium 3003 is a manganese-based alloy offering excellent corrosion resistance, good workability, and moderate strength. Known for its adaptability, it is widely used in both structural and decorative applications. At Anucha Metals, precision engineering and strict quality control ensure high-performance forgings that meet global standards. Aluminium 3003 Forgings are recognized for their durability and lightweight properties, making them suitable for industries such as construction, automotive, roofing, siding, and chemical equipment manufacturing where performance and longevity are critical.
Aluminium 3003 Forgings contain about 98.6% aluminium with 1.2% manganese and small amounts of copper and iron. This alloy shows a tensile strength of around 130 to 200 MPa and a yield strength of 65 to 145 MPa, depending on the temper. Elongation falls between 10 to 20%, giving it decent ductility and formability. It resists both atmospheric and chemical corrosion well. While it cannot be heat-treated, Aluminium 3003 works well under cold processing and offers excellent weldability. These features make this alloy a practical choice for industries needing strong, lightweight, and corrosion-resistant forged parts.

Aluminum 3003 offers excellent corrosion resistance, good formability, lightweight, and high strength-to-weight ratio, making it ideal for custom forgings in industries like aerospace, automotive, and construction.
Aluminum 3003 is not ideal for high-temperature forging applications due to its low strength at elevated temperatures. It is more suitable for applications requiring good formability at moderate temperatures.
Aluminum 3003 has good workability, making it easy to forge. Its excellent formability allows for smooth shaping, but it requires careful temperature control to avoid material damage during forging.
Aluminium 3003 Forgings are commonly used in roofing sheets, siding panels, storage tanks, and fuel tanks because of their corrosion resistance. The construction industry employs them for facades, ductwork, and architectural panels. Automotive manufacturers use them for body panels, trims, and lightweight structural components. The chemical and food industries rely on Aluminium 3003 Forgings for utensils, processing equipment, and piping. Its excellent formability also makes it suitable for pressure vessels and cookware. The combination of strength, durability, and cost-effectiveness ensures Aluminium 3003 Forgings remain a popular choice for both functional and decorative applications worldwide.
