Anucha Metals, located in Bangkok, Thailand, provides Aluminium 1050 Forgings known for their purity, corrosion resistance, and great forming qualities. With 99.5% aluminium content, Alloy 1050 is widely used in applications where corrosion resistance and ease of fabrication are more important than strength. This non-heat-treatable grade is lightweight and highly workable, making it suitable for cold working and anodizing. Anucha Metals produces Aluminium 1050 Forgings under strict international quality guidelines to ensure accuracy and reliability. These forgings are trusted in industries such as chemical, electrical, architectural, and food processing, making them an efficient option for various applications.
Aluminium 1050 Forgings are made up of approximately 99.5% aluminium, with small amounts of iron, silicon, and copper. This alloy provides tensile strength of 60 to 110 MPa with yield strength between 20 and 80 MPa, depending on the temper. It has excellent ductility, with elongation up to 25%, making it perfect for forming and forging. Aluminium 1050 is non-heat-treatable but responds well to cold working. It offers outstanding corrosion resistance in atmospheric and chemical conditions and provides great thermal and electrical conductivity, making it very suitable for applications needing conductivity and corrosion resistance.
