Anucha Metals provides high-quality Aluminium 5754 Forgings designed for structural and marine applications. Produced in Bangkok, Thailand, these forgings offer superior corrosion resistance, high fatigue strength, and excellent formability. Our 5754 forgings are ideal for welded structures and pressure applications in harsh environments. Using precision forging and heat control, Anucha Metals delivers parts with optimal grain structure and dimensional stability, suitable for both industrial and commercial sectors.
Aluminium 5754 contains around 95.7% aluminium, 3.1% magnesium, and small amounts of manganese and chromium. It is a non-heat-treatable alloy with tensile strength ranging from 190–330 MPa and yield strength around 140–280 MPa. It performs well in corrosive and marine atmospheres and maintains mechanical strength after welding. Its moderate strength and excellent ductility make it suitable for forged parts.

Aluminum 5754 has excellent workability, making it easy to forge. Its good formability allows for intricate shapes, but requires careful temperature control to prevent cracking and ensure quality.
Aluminum 5754 offers excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, good weldability, and formability. It's lightweight, resistant to stress corrosion cracking, and performs well in marine and industrial environments.
The forging process for Aluminium 5754 typically takes a few hours to a day, depending on the complexity, size, and type of forging, including heating, shaping, and cooling stages.
Aluminium 5754 Forgings are commonly used in shipbuilding, particularly for decks, panels, and superstructures. In automotive applications, they serve in fuel tanks, underbody panels, and safety barriers. They are also ideal for pressure vessels, storage tanks, and rail transport components. The alloy’s resistance to seawater and industrial chemicals makes it suitable for chemical processing equipment and offshore platforms. Forged 5754 components are preferred where light weight, corrosion resistance, and moderate strength are necessary.
