Stainless Steel 304 Hex Bars and Rods are made up of 18–20% Chromium and 8–10.5% Nickel, along with trace amounts of Carbon, Manganese, Silicon, and Phosphorus. This austenitic stainless steel is known for its excellent corrosion resistance in a variety of environments, particularly against oxidation and mild chemicals. It boasts a tensile strength of around 515 MPa (75 ksi) and a yield strength of 205 MPa (30 ksi), along with good elongation, ensuring both toughness and durability.
