Anucha Metals, located in Bangkok, Thailand, has built a solid reputation as a manufacturer and supplier of top-notch Nickel Alloy 201 Forgings, catering to both local and global markets. With cutting-edge manufacturing capabilities and a strong focus on quality, Anucha Metals produces precision-forged components designed to meet the rigorous demands of various industries, including chemical processing, electronics, aerospace, and marine. Our Nickel Alloy 201 Forgings are celebrated for their low carbon content, outstanding corrosion resistance, and excellent mechanical properties. We provide tailored solutions that adhere to international standards, ensuring dependable performance in high-temperature, high-stress, and corrosive environments.
Nickel Alloy 201 Forgings are crafted from commercially pure nickel with a low carbon content (maximum 0.02%), making them perfect for applications where resistance to graphitization at elevated temperatures is essential. The alloy generally consists of 99.6% nickel, along with trace amounts of iron, copper, and manganese. Its mechanical properties include a tensile strength of about 377 MPa, yield strength of 103 MPa, and an elongation of 50%. It maintains excellent ductility, thermal and electrical conductivity, and is non-magnetic. Nickel 201’s stability under heat and corrosive conditions makes it an ideal choice for high-integrity forged components.

Nickel Alloy 201 Forgings find extensive use in industries where high purity, thermal stability, and corrosion resistance are crucial. These forgings are particularly well-suited for handling caustic soda, fluorine, and hydrogen chloride in chemical processing facilities. Their low carbon content helps prevent embrittlement at high temperatures, making them ideal for furnace parts, heat exchangers, and pressure vessels. The electronics sector also relies on them for battery components and electrical contacts, thanks to their impressive conductivity.

We provide products that come with both mill test certificates and third-party test certificates, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
