Anucha Metals, based in Bangkok, Thailand, is a reliable manufacturer and supplier of top-notch Nickel Alloy 200 Forgings. Known for our precision engineering and dependable delivery, we cater to a variety of industries, including chemical processing, marine, and electronics. Our Nickel Alloy 200 Forgings are crafted from high-quality raw materials and cutting-edge forging techniques, ensuring they perform exceptionally well even in extreme conditions. We offer tailored forging solutions to meet our clients’ specific needs, all while upholding international standards. At Anucha Metals, we are dedicated to providing high-strength, corrosion-resistant components that boast excellent dimensional accuracy and a long service life.
Nickel Alloy 200 Forgings are composed of commercially pure nickel, with about 99.6% nickel and small amounts of iron, carbon, manganese, and copper. This unique blend gives them remarkable corrosion resistance in reducing environments and impressive mechanical properties. Notable mechanical characteristics include a tensile strength of roughly 403 MPa, a yield strength of 148 MPa, and an elongation of around 45%. The alloy retains its strength and ductility even at high temperatures, along with excellent thermal and electrical conductivity. Additionally, Nickel 200 is non-magnetic and highly weldable, making it perfect for precision-forged industrial applications.
