Anucha Metals, based in Bangkok, Thailand, has earned a solid reputation as a reliable manufacturer and supplier of top-notch Incoloy 925 Forgings. They cater to industries that require exceptional strength and corrosion resistance, especially in tough environments. Known for their commitment to quality and precision, Anucha Metals crafts forged components that align with international standards and meet the unique needs of their clients. Incoloy 925 is a specialized nickel-iron-chromium alloy, enhanced with molybdenum, copper, and titanium, ensuring outstanding performance in aggressive and corrosive settings. Anucha Metals provides tailored forging solutions for the oil & gas, marine, and chemical industries, guaranteeing high mechanical integrity, extended service life, and remarkable resistance in harsh conditions.
Incoloy 925 Forgings are made up of nickel (42–46%), iron (the balance), chromium (19.5–23.5%), molybdenum (2.5–3.5%), copper (1.5–3%), and titanium (1.9–2.4%). This alloy, which can be hardened through precipitation, boasts impressive mechanical strength, excellent stress-rupture properties, and good fatigue resistance. Its tensile strength can soar up to 760 MPa, while the yield strength hovers around 450 MPa after aging treatment. Incoloy 925 is particularly resistant to sulfide stress cracking, pitting, and general corrosion, making it a perfect fit for demanding operating environments. It also retains its structural integrity and mechanical performance under both high-pressure and high-temperature conditions.
