Renowned for their precision engineering and consistent product quality, Anucha Metals customizes Incoloy 825 forgings to align with international standards and meet client needs. This nickel-iron-chromium alloy is expertly crafted to resist acid attacks, pitting, and stress corrosion cracking. With applications spanning chemical processing, marine, oil & gas, and pollution control, Anucha Metals guarantees that each Incoloy 825 forging delivers durability, integrity, and a long service life, even in the toughest environments.
Incoloy 825 Forgings are made up of nickel (38–46%), iron (the balance), chromium (19.5–23.5%), molybdenum (2.5–3.5%), copper (1.5–3%), and titanium (0.6–1.2%). This alloy is known for its impressive resistance to sulfuric and phosphoric acids, as well as chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking and general corrosion in both oxidizing and reducing environments. On the mechanical side, it boasts a tensile strength of about 690 MPa and a yield strength of around 310 MPa. Incoloy 825 maintains good ductility and toughness, even after prolonged exposure to corrosive and high-temperature conditions. Plus, it offers excellent weldability and structural stability across a wide range of pressure and temperature scenarios.
