Inconel 718 Bars and Rods are made up of roughly 50–55% nickel (Ni), 17–21% chromium (Cr), 4.75–5.5% niobium (Nb), 2.8–3.3% molybdenum (Mo), along with trace amounts of titanium, aluminum, cobalt, and iron. This alloy, which can be hardened through precipitation, boasts impressive tensile and creep-rupture strength at temperatures reaching up to 700°C. It has a tensile strength of about 1240 MPa and a yield strength of around 1030 MPa, along with excellent fatigue resistance.
